"14° edizione TempuriCapuna"

 “Tempu ri capuna”, un appuntamento di fine estate per riscoprire storie e leggende legate alla pesca e al mare ed assaporare le delizie e i profumi del pesce azzurro. Il programma prevede, degustazioni di primi e secondi piatti a base di pesce azzurro.Ai sapienti ristoratori di San Vito Lo Capo l’ultima parola, rinnovando una tradizione antica e succulenta, il week end verrà dedicato alla conoscenza di caponi, sarde, sgombri, acciughe.

"26° Cous Cous Fest" dal 15 al 24 Settembre

 

Il Cous Cous Fest è il Festival internazionale dell’integrazione fra culture differenti, riparte mettendo l’accento sull’amore, i sentimenti che, nonostante la situazione attuale, continuano a vincere e ad affermarsi e che, nel solco dell’anima del festival, travalicano i confini, le barriere, le culture. San Vito Lo Capo tornerà ad ospitare chef provenienti da tutto il mondo, ospiti e artisti per una dieci giorni di appuntamenti, sfide di cucina, degustazioni e incontri culturali. Momenti centrali dell’evento saranno sempre i Campionati di cous cous che mettono a confronto chef italiani e internazionali.
